Ohio State Route 377 is a rural north-south highway in Morgan County, with the southern end barely poking into northeastern Athens County. It winds through the hills, and it serves the small town of Chesterhill. The northern end is just west of McConnelsville, at Ohio Route 78. For the first part of Ohio Route 377, it heads south-southeasterly until it splits with Ohio Route 266. From then on Ohio Route 377 heads southerly. It shares a short concurrency with Ohio Route 555 in Chesterhill, then it even bends southeasterly a bit before ending at Ohio Route 550. Ohio Route 550 can be used to continue southwestward to Athens.
My photo of Ohio Route 377 signage shows a guide marker facing east at travelers on Ohio Route 266. When people reach the western end of Ohio Route 266, west of Stockport, they will find this sign. It tells them that it doesn't matter which way they turn; they will end up on Ohio Route 377. This photo was taken during the grand tour of southeastern Ohio in March 2021.
