Iowa Route 191 is a north-south highway in west-central Iowa, running through an area northeast of Omaha. The northern end is at Iowa Route 37 in Earling.  From there, Iowa Route 191 runs south-southwesterly through three towns starting with the letter P: Panama, Portsmouth, and Persia.  The southern end is an interchange with Interstate 880, less than a mile west of that Interstate's eastern end at Interstate 80.

My photo of Iowa Route 191 shows the southern end marker, at the interchange with Interstate 880.  You can tell by the signage in the photo that this photo was taken when Interstate 880 was still considered part of Interstate 680.  Specifically, this photo was taken in February 2016, along a return trip down Interstate 80 from Omaha.  You can find this end marker on the southwest corner of the intersection where Iowa Route 191 meets the westbound ramps to and from Interstate 880.
