Indiana State Route 545 marks two separate north-south segments of road in southwestern Indiana. The northern segment of Indiana Route 545 provides a connection to the town of Dubois, and the route and the town both are situated between Indiana Route 56 and Indiana Route 164.  The southern segment of Indiana Route 545 is a bit longer, running from Indiana Route 62 south to Indiana Route 66 in Troy, a town along the Ohio River.
