Illinois Route 107 is a north-south highway in west-central Illinois, specifically Brown and Pike Counties. Its southern end is the northeastern end of US Route 54 at Interstate 72, and Illinois 107 sort of serves as a continuation of that route, north to Mount Sterling.
The northern end of Illinois 107 is in Mount Sterling at Illinois 99, just south of US Route 24:

After passing through Griggsville, dubbed "The Purple Marten Capital of the World," Illinois 107 reaches an interchange with Interstate 72 and US Route 36, where it ends. Continuing south will put you on US Route 54, which begins here:
