Ohio State Route 618 is the shoreline alternative to the freeway bypass carrying Ohio Routes 7 and 32 around Belpre. The western end has Ohio Route 618 splitting from the freeway, which also carries US Route 50 at that point. Ohio Route 618 continues east, sandwiched between the freeway to the north and the Ohio River to the south. It passes the southern end of Ohio Route 339, and then it enters Belpre. Ohio Route 618 follows Washington Boulevard through town. Ohio Route 32 ditches the freeway to the north at the last minute, descending southerly to join Ohio Route 618 southeast across the bridge out of Belpre to Parkersburg, West Virginia; this is how both routes end concurrently.
My photo for Ohio Route 618 shows an eastbound trailblazer as seen from the junction with Ohio Route 339's southern end. This photo was taken in March 2021, as part of the grand tour of southeastern Ohio.
