^Looking west at a scene, complete with trailblazer, seen by drivers leaving Gallipolis, April 2025.
Ohio State Route 160 is a highway in Gallia and Vinton Counties, in southeastern Ohio. The northwestern end of Ohio Route 160 is in Hamden, at Ohio Route 93. From there, Ohio Route 160 goes east at first. It curves southeasterly to Wilkesville, then southerly to Vinton. Beyond Vinton, the rest of this southwesterly route heads toward Gallipolis, where it ends at Ohio Route 7.
An older photo for Ohio Route 160 was formerly featured on this page, but I have replaced it with a newer, better photo. This new photo appears next, but the older photo is still visible as well. I just moved the older photo to the bottom of this page.
My photo of Ohio Route 160 shows the first northbound trailblazer seen by those setting out on the route's beginning in Gallipolis. Ohio Route 160's southern end is at Ohio Route 7 in Gallipolis. Those turning off of Ohio Route 7 onto Ohio Route 160 are greeted with this scene. This photo was taken in April 2025 during a trip focused on finishing US Route 35, which is just north of the scene depicted.
My older photo of Ohio State Route 160 comes from Gallipolis, where this junction marker stands along Ohio Route 7. Northbound travelers will see this junction marker before the turn left onto the southeastern beginning of Ohio Route 160. The grand tour around southeastern Ohio gave me the opportunity to take this photo in March 2021.
