Ohio State Route 651 is a very short four-mile route running east-west between New Bedford and Baltic. The route runs along the southern border of Holmes County, dipping ever so slightly into the northern edge of Coshocton County and the northwestern corner of Tuscarawas County. This is in an Amish area where central Ohio meets east-central Ohio. The western end of Ohio Route 651 is in New Bedford, at Ohio Route 643. The eastern end in Baltic is at Ohio Route 93.
My photo for Ohio Route 651 shows the western beginning in New Bedford. The first trailblazer is shown in the photo, and it is seen by those turning off of Ohio Route 643. This photo was taken in March 2021, during a detour I took toward the north during my trip in March 2021, which mainly traipsed around southeastern Ohio.
