​Interstate 65 is the most prominent north-south Interstate in Indiana, linking Gary and Chicagoland to Indianapolis, and then to the Louisville area.  Interstate 65 starts at the Indiana Toll Road, which carries Interstate 90, and cuts southeast through Lafayette to meet Indianapolis at Indiana's center; from there, Interstate 65 heads south through Columbus, Indiana, to cross the Ohio River into downtown Louisville, Kentucky. 

This page covers Interstate 65 in central Indiana, from Johnson County to Tippecanoe County, including Lafayette and Indianapolis. Exit 97 is a diverging diamond interchange leading to Worthsville Road in the Greenwood area:
Exit 99 leads to Main Street in Greenwood:
Exit 101 is for County Line Road:
Exit 103 is for Southport Road:
Exit 106 is the southern junction of Interstate 65 and Interstate 465 on the south side of Indianapolis, and Interstate 465 also has Interstate 74 along for the ride:
Exit 107 is in the thick of Indianapolis, leading to Keystone Avenue:
Exit 109 links Interstate 65 to Raymond Street:
Exit 110A connects to Morris and Prospect Streets, but only provides access to/from the south:
Exit 110B is a ramp to Interstate 70 west toward Saint Louis, as Interstate 70 joins Interstate 65 north:
Exit 111 leads to local streets in downtown Indianapolis, but the streets vary depending on which side of Interstate 65 you're coming from:
Exit 112A is the split with Interstate 70 and Interstate 65, where Interstate 65 sends Interstate 70 east toward Columbus, Ohio:
Exit 113 is to Meridian Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue, to/from the south on Interstate 65 only:
Exit 114 leads to MLK Street and West Street in Indianapolis:
Exit 115 leads to 21st Street:
Exit 116 is an exit only from northbound, but it leads to 29th and 30th Streets:
Exit 117 is for Martin Luther King Street in Indianapolis, but only from southbound...
Exit 119 leads to 38th Street:
Exit 121 is a ramp that leads to Lafayette Road:
Exit 123 is either a ramp from northbound to northbound, or a ramp from southbound to southbound, where Interstate 65 crosses Interstate 465 northwest of Indianapolis's core:
Exit 124 leads to 71st Street, as Interstate 65 is about to leave Indianapolis:
Exit 129, only accessible to/from the north, leads to Interstate 865, a shortcut to the northern piece of Interstate 465; US Route 52 uses this ramp to get between Interstate 865 and the northern leg of Interstate 65:
Exit 130 connects with Whitestown and Zionsville:
Exit 131 is a new interchange in Zionsville, leading to County Road 550 South:
Exit 133 is for Albert S. White Drive, and for Indiana Route 267 south toward Brownsburg:
Exit 138 is for a local road into Lebanon:
Exit 139 is for Indiana Route 39, which provides access to Lizton and Lebanon:
Exit 140 is for Indiana Route 32, which connects with Lebanon and Crawfordsville:
Exit 141 for northbound Interstate 65 leads to US Route 52, which splits to head northwest on its own, but exit 141 for southbound is currently closed for a reconfiguration and reconstruction of the interchange (as of January 2022).
Exit 146 is for Indiana State Route 47, which provides access to Sheridan and Thorntown:
Exit 158 is for Indiana Route 28, which connects with Attica and Frankfort:
Exit 168 is a fountain interchange linking to Indiana Route 38, which reaches Dayton and Lafayette:
Exit 172 is the main exit to Lafayette, and it also accesses Indiana Route 26 east toward Rossville:
Exit 175 is for Indiana Route 25, Delphi, and Lafayette...
Exit 178 is for West Lafayette and Indiana Route 43 northward toward Brookston:
