Indiana State Route 335 is a designation used for two short routes in south-central Indiana. The northern route runs from Indiana Route 60 at New Pekin south to US Route 150 near Greenville. The southern route flanks the junction of Routes 64 and 135 to the southeast to provide a connection to Crandall. More specifically, the southern route runs from Indiana State Route 135 north of Corydon, northeast through Crandall to end at Indiana State Route 64.
