Iowa Route 202 is a short north-south route running from Iowa Route 2 south to the Missouri border, where it becomes Missouri Highway 202.  The corridor covered by Iowa Route 202 and Missouri Highway 202 connects Moulton, Iowa, and Lancaster, Missouri. The tiny hamlet of Coatsville, Missouri, sits right on the state line, where Iowa Route 202 becomes Missouri Highway 202.  The northern end of Iowa Route 202 is at Iowa Route 2, just north of Moulton, the sole Iowa town served by Iowa Route 202.

My photo of Iowa Route 202 is the first southbound trailblazer seen by drivers who turn off of Iowa Route 2.  This sign stands at the northern end of Iowa Route 202, north of Moulton.  This photo was taken during the evening of June 30, 2017, as part of my trip across eastern Iowa.
