Illinois Route 134 is a small, insignificant route in western Lake County. It runs from Illinois 120 west-northwest through the Round Lake area to the US Route 12 concurrency with Illinois 59.

The only other junction with another state-maintained highway is at the west end south of Fox Lake, at US Route 12 and Illinois 59.
