Ohio State Route 201 is a north-south highway stemming northward out of Dayton into rural areas of eastern Miami County. The southern end is at Ohio Route 4 in Dayton. Ohio Route 201 starts out moving northeastward along Valley Street, but it eventually straightens out into a due northerly direction as it leaves Dayton, crossing Interstate 70 (with full access). The northern end of Ohio Route 201 is a couple miles west of Christiansburg, at Ohio Route 55.
My photo for Ohio State Route 201 comes from its 4-way intersection with US Route 40, just north of Dayton. This intersection comes about halfway down Ohio Route 201's overall route. Eastbound travelers see the depicted signage when they reach Ohio Route 201 during their drive down US Route 40. The sign hangs on the mast supporting a traffic signal. This photo was taken in February 2016, on the way to Columbus. Back to Ohio Routes 200-299. Back to the Ohio main page. Back to the home page.
