Illinois Route 19 is an east-west route in Chicago's western suburbs, and on the north side of Chicago itself. It runs along Irving Park Road for most of its length. The western end is in Elgin, and the eastern end is along Lake Shore Drive (US Route 41).
The western beginning of Illinois 19 is at Illinois 25 on the east side of Elgin:
