​Ohio State Route 225 is a north-south highway in Portage County and northeastern Stark County.  It runs north out of Alliance to a point west of Newton Falls.  As Ohio Route 183 runs north out of Alliance, it bends northwesterly, but the northward street continues as the southern beginning of Ohio Route 225. The route continues north from there, jogging easterly on US Route 224 to continue north again.  The northern end of Ohio Route 225 is at Ohio Route 5, between Newton Falls and Ravenna.

My photo for Ohio State Route 225 comes from the western end of its concurrency with US Route 224. Northbound travelers on Ohio Route 225 will see this junction marker for US Route 224 and the guide sign telling them that Ohio Route 225 will make a right turn ahead.  This photo was taken during the grand tour of the northeastern quarter of Ohio in October 2022.
