Illinois Route 167 is a short east-west route through rural Knox County. It runs in an area northeast of Galesburg, but southwest of Kewanee. It begins in Wataga at its west end, and runs east through Victoria to a point along Illinois 180; that eastern endpoint along Illinois 180 is south of Galva.
Illinois Route 167 begins at US Route 34 in Wataga to pass under a really tight railroad underpass and head eastward.
Just after passing through the tiny town of Victoria, Illinois 167 ends at Illinois 180 in eastern Knox County.
