​Ohio State Route 518 is a fairly short east-west route in Columbiana County, in east-central Ohio. The western end of the route is at Ohio Route 644 at the tiny town of Millport.  It heads east through a short concurrency with Ohio Route 164.  The eastern end is at US Route 30, which is duplexed with Ohio Route 45, just west of Ohio Route 11.

My photo of Ohio Route 518 comes from the eastern end at US Route 30.  Travelers heading northwestward on the combination of US Route 30 and Ohio Route 45 will see this guide marker pointing left at the turn onto the westward Ohio Route 518.  This photo was taken in October 2022 during the tour around northeastern Ohio.
