New Cover Photo Blurbs & Michigan Stuff

For all the Illinois highway pages, including US Routes and Interstates, I have added a little bit of text below the cover photos explaining where and when the photo was taken!

I also took a trip to western Michigan, during which I got new photos for Michigan Highways 11, 20, 100, 116, and 120. These new photos are now posted.  I also added bonus photos to the pages for Michigan Highways 8 and 11.  Stay tuned for more photos from Michigan coming soon, particularly for a couple of the Interstates there.
